Many people have never heard of Granicrete and have questions about how their new countertops will be constructed. This is a step by step explanation about how your new countertops will be created and how in Just 2 days I can transform your kitchen from out of date and ugly laminate countertops, to beautiful new Granicrete countertops! Stage 1- Start Photograhs- Here are your before photo's of the kitchen. Nothing really wrong with it, but the countertops were old - scatched - and added no life to the room. Stage 2 - 1st Brush Coat Photographs - The flooring and cabinets are completely masked off. The first of two Brush coats are applied to the countertops. These coats bond to your countertop and provide a profile for the trowel coats. Stage 3 - 4th coat photo's - All of the edging is now complete and the top coats are troweled on and pulled tight. Once this dries we are ready for color! Stage 4 - Color photo's - This is when your countertops are colored to your choice. Dark or light, brown, blue, Green, Black... you pick! the coloring is done with different types of stain using spray bottles. Final Stage - Finish photo's - Once the colors dry, I apply the epoxy coating. The countertops dry overnight. The following day I pull all the masking, clean up and install your sink. Your project is complete! |
